As a Junior Digital Designer, you will apply your design foundations to create and deliver engaging digital concepts that meet a variety of client briefs and campaign objectives. Working closely with the Senior Creative Team, you will help bring creative ideas to life while developing a strong understanding of typography, layout, animation, and responsive design.
As part of the MOBKOI Creative Team, you will contribute to multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring all work is delivered to the high creative and technical standards expected of MOBKOI. You will balance creative excellence with performance, platform requirements, and technical constraints to produce impactful digital advertising experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Campaign Production - Work closely with clients and campaign partners, as well as the Senior Creative Team, to design and build quality ads to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with clients, campaign partners, and the Senior Creative Team to design and build high-quality digital advertising experiences.
- Balance visual design, performance objectives, and technical or publisher requirements when developing creatives.
- Manage your workload independently and deliver projects within agreed deadlines.
- Execute campaign briefs to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on approved creative assets and identify areas for improvement.
- Learn to troubleshoot campaigns or creative issues across different platforms and environments.
- Provide creative support and guidance to other MOBKOI departments.
- Advise Sales and Account Management teams on budgets, production timelines, creative feasibility, and best practices.
- Ensure internal processes and workflows are followed correctly across teams.
- Develop strong design concepts, including demos and storyboards, and support sales pitches when required.
- Work closely with operational teams to optimise creatives across publishers, devices, and environments.
- Support the Senior Creative Team in both internal and client-facing meetings, progressively building confidence to manage client interactions independently.
- 1+ year of experience in digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (advanced coding skills are a plus).
- Solid understanding of animation principles.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Celtra, Google Studio, Sizmek) is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, present ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Experience with 3D modelling is a plus.
