Are you ready to revolutionise the world with TEKEVER? At TEKEVER, we lead innovation in Europe as the European leader in unmanned technology, where cutting‑edge advancements meet unparalleled innovation. We operate across four strategic areas, combining artificial intelligence, systems engineering, data science and aerospace technology to tackle global challenges—from protecting people and critical infrastructure to exploring space. We offer a unique surveillance‑as‑a‑service solution that delivers real‑time intelligence, enhancing maritime safety and saving lives. Our products and services support strategic and operational decisions in the most demanding environments—whether at sea, on land, in space or in cyberspace.

Become part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary and mission‑driven team that is transforming maritime surveillance and redefining global safety standards. At TEKEVER, our mission is to provide limitless support through mission‑oriented game‑changers, delivering the right information at the right time to empower critical decision‑making.

This hands‑on, shop‑floor role is at the heart of our operations, keeping parts and materials moving through the site—receiving and inspecting goods inwards, storing and picking stock, kitting and feeding the production cells, and packing and dispatching finished aircraft and spares.

The Role

You keep parts and materials moving through the site by ensuring the right parts are in the right place, at the right time, in the right condition and with the right paperwork. You work closely with Supply Chain, Production Planning & Control, Quality, and the electronics and integration cells, and you are part of building the logistics operation from the ground up as the site scales through the OVERMATCH programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Goods‑in and receiving: Receive incoming deliveries and check them against purchase orders, delivery notes and packing lists for quantity, part number and condition. Carry out ESD‑safe handling and labelling, and route material for inspection where required before putaway. Record all receipts accurately and in real time in the ERP/inventory system. Report any shortages, damage, discrepancies or quality concerns promptly through the agreed process.
  • Stores and inventory: Put away, store and locate materials correctly, including controlled‑stock and ESD‑sensitive items in their designated areas. Pick stock accurately against works orders and requests. Carry out cycle counts and stock checks, and keep stock locations and system records accurate and tidy. Maintain the integrity of the physical stock and its system record so the factory’s material picture stays honest.
  • Kitting and line‑side feed: Prepare and issue kits to the electronics, integration and other production cells against the build schedule. Replenish line‑side stock and keep point‑of‑use materials available so production is never waiting on parts.
  • Dispatch and shipping: Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling, protection and documentation. Generate shipping paperwork, including packing lists, transport documents and dangerous goods declarations (ADR/IATA) where required. Inspect outgoing shipments against the order to confirm accuracy before they leave site. Coordinate collections with carriers and couriers and support timely customer and inter‑site dispatches.
  • Equipment, safety and housekeeping: Operate forklifts, pallet trucks and other material‑handling equipment safely and within your authorisation. Work to all health, safety and security procedures, and handle goods correctly and securely at all times. Keep the warehouse, stores and dispatch areas clean, organised and audit‑ready (5S). Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and ways of working.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in a logistics, warehouse, stores, goods‑in or shipping/receiving role, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Good working knowledge of goods‑in, stores, dispatch and shipping/receiving procedures and documentation.
  • Confident using inventory/warehouse management or ERP systems and handheld scanners to keep records accurate.
  • Accurate and detail‑focused in handling both goods and data.
  • Well organised, with good time management and the ability to prioritise in a busy operation.
  • A reliable team player with a safety‑first mindset and a good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Eligible for UK SC clearance. Must be eligible for BPSS from day one.

Desirable

  • Valid counterbalance / reach forklift licence, or other powered industrial truck authorisation.
  • Dangerous goods (ADR/IATA) certification, or willingness to train.
  • Experience handling ESD‑sensitive components or controlled/serialised stock.
  • Experience in aerospace, defence, electronics or another regulated, high‑mix manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of 5S, lean or other continuous‑improvement practices.
