As part of the Tekever team, your mission is to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure by delivering reliable technical support and maintaining robust, scalable systems. You will be the backbone of our day‑to‑day technology operations — empowering colleagues across all locations to work efficiently while proactively identifying and resolving challenges that keep our business moving forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing local and/or remote user support.
  • Assisting in the installation of hardware and software systems.
  • Providing IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Analysing and acquiring IT equipment.
  • Supporting in troubleshooting technical issues and network problems.
  • Creating and maintaining technical and procedural documentation.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment.
  • Administering and maintaining the company’s and branches’ infrastructure.
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems.

Profile and Requirements:

  • Technical or higher education in IT-related fields.
  • Proven professional experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of networks and IT systems.
  • Experience with programming, routers, switches, and servers.
  • Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.
  • Resilience, proactivity, and dynamism.
