Mission: Build commercial foundations by supporting strategic projects and converting innovative ideas into real business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing activities: Market analysis, supplier selection, pre‑qualification and tendering process (e.g. RFQ’s and ITT’s)
  • Pricing: Supporting pricing models and cost build‑ups.

Profile and requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; MCIPS or equivalent is preferable but not essential;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within Defence, Aerospace, Public Sector or related regulated industry;
  • Familiar with Procurement Act 2023, awareness of Single Source Contract Regulations (SSCR), and knowledge of DEFCONs and DEFSTANs;
  • Understanding of contract types including Firm Price; Cost Plus/Cost Reimbursable; Framework Agreements;
  • Desirable experience working with infrastructure contracts including but not limited to NEC;
  • Experience handling change control and commercial risks;
  • Holds SC security clearance or must be willing to obtain it;
  • Collaboration skills to support working with internal departments (e.g. production, engineering, operations, commercial, finance, legal);
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Team player and strong communication skills.
