Mission: Build commercial foundations by supporting strategic projects and converting innovative ideas into real business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing activities: Market analysis, supplier selection, pre‑qualification and tendering process (e.g. RFQ’s and ITT’s)
- Pricing: Supporting pricing models and cost build‑ups
Profile and requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MCIPS or equivalent is preferable but not essential
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within Defence, Aerospace, Public Sector or related regulated industry
- Familiar with Procurement Act 2023, awareness of Single Source Contract Regulations (SSCR), and knowledge of DEFCONs and DEFSTANs
- Understanding of contract types including Firm Price; Cost Plus/Cost Reimbursable; Framework Agreements
- Desirable experience working with infrastructure contracts including but not limited to NEC
- Experience handling change control and commercial risks
- Holds SC security clearance or must be willing to obtain it
- Collaboration skills to support working with internal departments (e.g. production, engineering, operations, commercial, finance, legal)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player and strong communication skills
