We are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading global manufacturer and distributor of test measurement solutions and production supplies. With a long-standing success story and a portfolio of specialised products, they proudly support the aerospace, defence, automotive, electronics, education, and medical industries. As the company continues to expand, they are looking to onboard a Head of Marketing, to develop, own and execute a brand-new European Marketing strategy.
In the exciting and challenging role, the Head of Marketing will hold responsibilities for supplier marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, and public relations. As part of the Europe Leadership Team, they will report to the VP Europe and directly manage a small team, as well as work with offshore teams. They will bring structure and clarity to all marketing functions and deliver a mixture of digital and traditional marketing techniques.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee the marketing budget, making critical decisions on marketing mix and performance
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the marketing team including prioritisation, recruitment and development of the team
- Establish key performance indicators for the team and communicate results on a regular basis
- Manage the marketing plan and develop campaigns to increase awareness of the brand and its value proposition
