Are you passionate about Paid Media with hands-on skills in executing successful PPC and Paid Social campaigns? We are thrilled to be working with a growing, well-established supplier of building equipment, who have an international remit and a reputation for delivering high quality and well-engineered products. They are currently seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their team in East Yorkshire to deliver and optimise large-scale, in-house paid advertising and paid social campaigns.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role that goes considerably further than simply maintaining campaigns. We are looking for someone who can understand the commercial objective behind advertising, identify opportunities, control spend, challenge performance, test new approaches and clearly explain what is happening within the accounts and why.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day paid media strategy and ownership across the UK and US businesses
- Ownership of Microsoft and Google Ads including search, shopping & Performance Max
- Own paid social advertising, including Meta and the continued development of additional channels
- Work with Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Advertising and other relevant commerce/feed platforms
- Measurement, tracking, attribution, performance analysis and reporting
The successful applicant must have:
- Strong professional experience developing and managing paid media accounts
- Significant hands-on Google Ads experience including Performance Max
- Experience managing Meta and Microsoft Advertising
- Strong Google Shopping and eCommerce advertising knowledge
The successful candidate will be an experienced PPC Strategist, PPC Manager, Paid Advertising, Paid Search or Paid Media specialist, with proven experience of creating and managing large-scale search and shopping campaigns. The role could suit a PPC Executive from an agency, looking to step into more of a strategic and focussed role that would hold greater levels of accountability and more opportunities to hone their skills in-house.
This is a rewarding and unique opportunity for a seasoned Paid Media professional to perform a business critical, in-house role that delivers real impact. Due to the location of the office, a driving license and car is essential for commuting on a hybrid basis.
