They are currently seeking an Agile Programme Manager to join their exceptional Engineering team.Responsibilities:As a Programme Manager you will be working at the heart of their digital endeavours, enhancing the online experience for the members and to build, improve and scale their cloud-native digital platform. Provide technical programme management and Agile delivery leadership, you’ll be the driving force and a key team enabler for successful delivery of a range of technology-driven initiatives.Balance cross-cutting standards of quality and reliability with delivering tangible value at a good cadence.Delivering stability and performance targets; ensuring the team always deliver on their performance and stability objectives.Guiding teams and delivery in an agile environment, and fostering team empowerment, encouraging teams to self-organise for effectiveness and efficiency. Champion an agile culture, where they continually inspect, adapt, and refine.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical project & programme management experience with a proven track record of successful delivery in an Agile framework.
