We are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading retail businesses, home to well known high-street brands and employing over 6,000 people, across a growing estate of over 240 stores. This is a unique chance to shape the future of a new digital platform and an opportunity to work on a greenfield, full-stack platform that powers customer and team experiences across multiple brands. The Product Manager will play a key part in delivering this.

Day to day, this will include working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to build, optimise, and scale the platform, ensuring it delivers measurable value to both customers and the business. This is a hands-on role where you will drive delivery across a modern product stack, shape the roadmap alongside the Senior Product Manager, and collaborate with UX to create intuitive, high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Owning and prioritising the product backlog
  • Leading sprint planning and agile ceremonies
  • Driving delivery from concept through to launch
  • Supporting and optimising live products using data and customer feedback
  • Contributing to product strategy and roadmap development

The successful Product Manager will have a minimum of 2 years’ Product Management experience, ideally within retail, hospitality, leisure or consumer focused sectors. They will have a strong knowledge of Agile delivery and an analytical mindset, paired with strong communication skills, the ability to take ownership, use their initiative, and be motivated to get things done. They may have previously worked as a Junior Product Manager, Product Owner or Product Executive and be keen to leverage their experience in a rewarding and innovative environment.
