We’re partnering with an award-winning PR-led marketing agency specialising in communications across mobile & telecoms, enterprise technology, fintech, cybersecurity and connectivity. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their expanding Marketing Services team. You’ll manage and deliver digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic social, PPC and content, working closely with senior marketing, PR and creative teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client accounts, plans and SLAs
- Translate briefs into clear, actionable tasks and deliverables
- Oversee account processes including reporting, content and social media
- Review and approve junior team output, providing feedback and guidance
- Develop social media strategies, channel plans and content calendars
- Conduct social media audits and develop creative asset briefs
- Manage and optimise paid and organic social campaigns
- Create engaging social copy across LinkedIn, X and Facebook
- Analyse social, SEO and Google Analytics data to generate customer insights
We’re looking for someone with:
- 4+ years’ digital marketing experience
- Proven experience at Account Management level
- Strong paid and organic social experience
- Solid PPC and paid display advertising knowledge
- Experience of working with B2B clients, ideally within technology
- Strategic knowledge of paid social, PPC, content marketing and digital brand building
- Good understanding of SEO, analytics and CRM/marketing automation
