About the Role

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Brand Executive Apprentice will help to develop and implement the agreed brand strategy for MFS, for all vehicle brands and relevant channels, to drive acquisition of new customers and engage with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning and deployment of the national retail offer campaign in line with our Marketing & MFS strategy.
  • Complete campaign or ad hoc offer pricing using the relevant pricing calculator for Product Managers to complete their second level checks.
  • Review advertised offer quotes and Manufacturer costing before sending to Manufacturer.
  • Prepare finance examples and terms and conditions for Manufacturer advertising.
  • Review financial promotions/assets and make compliant recommendations to Product Managers for amends.
  • Attend meetings with Manufacturer & Product Manager where necessary to support Campaign deployment.
  • Create product input files for offers, for all systems including (but not limited to): MFS Direct / Finance Calculators / Autotrader Calculators / Renault & Dacia Buy Online / CARWOW - Product Managers to sign-off prior to input.
  • Create supporting material (price walk grids, programme guides etc.) for marketing programmes as required.
  • Test offers (all brands and channels) in VDS and Live.
  • Prepare RV subsidy reports for Product Managers - second level checks & send to the Finance Department.
  • Raise defects for Product area via the JIRA process in Marketing as required, and follow these through to rectification and implementation.
  • Carry out relevant MI, benchmarking against the market, campaign performance data / monthly dashboard / HQ reports with analytical commentary for Second Level Review before sharing.
  • Aiding in defining the teams required controls, product monitoring and Consumer Duty adherence.
  • Prepare provisional presentations for both Product Managers and the Heads of Brand Strategy, with commentary.
  • Absence cover for Product Manager.
  • Manage Brand team reporting and dedicated Brand inboxes.
