About the Role

Reporting to the Commercial Development Manager, the role holder is responsible for supporting MFS (UK)'s commercial expansion projects, helping to drive the overall diversification pillar as part of the Sustainable Growth Strategy while adhering to MFS (UK) regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams with digital partnerships and third-party website integrations.
  • Work with new digital suppliers and partners, helping to onboarding through the supplier management system, Gatekeeper.
  • Assist the Commercial Development Manager in creating and developing business plans through research, analysis, pricing, and data consolidation.
  • Maintain and update department policies and procedures.
  • Support the monitoring and measurement of commercial offers and business plans using the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodology.
  • Maintain and improve reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
  • Assist Business Development Managers with dealer enquiries and requests from existing and prospective dealer partners.
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials, including slide packs, meeting notes, and action plans for stakeholders.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to support supplier contracts and commercial agreements with key third-party partners.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Commercial Development team as required.
  • Hybrid office-based working environment.

About You

  • Studying towards, or interested in pursuing, a qualification in Business Management, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point.
  • Interest in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Interest in the motor and financial services industries.
