About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Loyalty Executive Apprentice who will support the business in building stronger relationships with customers by using data to understand customer behaviour, renewals, and loyalty. The role involves supporting loyalty initiatives, maintaining reports and dashboards, responding to CRM‑related queries, and assisting with customer communications and surveys. This is a hands‑on role that offers exposure to CRM, data analysis, and marketing tools while developing practical skills in customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer and contract data to identify trends, behaviours, and renewal opportunities
- Support the development and delivery of loyalty strategies
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools
- Respond to CRM‑related queries from internal teams and partners
- Support the use of Power BI, Power Query, and other data tools
- Assist with customer communications and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Contribute to customer surveys and insights reporting
- Support improvements to the customer portal and overall customer journey
- Prepare analysis and presentations for internal stakeholders and committees
About You
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Interested in data, analytics, and CRM tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power Query, Alteryx)
- Analytical, with the ability to identify trends and insights
- A strong communicator, confident working with different teams
- Customer‑focused, with a mindset for simplifying processes and improving experiences
