Mobilityways is on a mission to make zero carbon commuting a reality. We produce ground-breaking climate tech empowering large employers to measure, reduce and report on their commuter emissions.

Main duties:

  • “Commutology” is our trademarked term for the “science of the commute”. Our Commutology Team are the experts on sustainable commuting, both internally and externally.
  • Their primary focus is to ensure that our large employer clients make impact with our software solutions, ensuring that they hit their commuter emissions reduction targets.
  • Consultants do not have an open-ended relationship with individual clients; instead, they work with a client for specific projects.
  • A named Account Manager (or Account Director) owns the relationship with each individual client and is ultimately accountable within Mobilityways for their clients.
  • Consultants are responsible for delivering successful projects. Success is measured by our internal metrics: Tonnes of CO2e saved, Commute Emissions reduction, Number of consultancy hours used, Client satisfaction (NPS).
  • Additionally, we need to account for the metrics each client uses to measure their own sustainability and operational objectives.
  • The client’s success metrics are contained within the client’s Impact Plan that is created and maintained by their Account Manager.
  • Consultants will work together with the assigned Account Manager/Account Director against the Impact Plan.
  • In practice, much of our Commutology Team’s “business as usual” work is currently focused on supporting our clients with a set list of activities:
  • Product training for new clients.
  • Advice and guidance with the delivery of travel surveys.
  • Completing insightful data analysis, compiling travel survey reports.
  • Supporting clients in bulk sending of communications, such as personal travel plans, Liftshare invites.
