What do we do We provide a full range of transformative mobility products to customers across the UK – products that make a real difference to people’s everyday lives. The Opportunity We’re currently looking for a Technical Illustrator to join our busy Technical Support team based at our Alfreton office. You will create and maintain high quality SOP’s (standard operating procedures, installation/user manuals and the creation of drawings/models for product fabrications. As our Technical Illustrator, you will be specifically responsible for: * Ensuring the generation of technical materials that are required to facilitate the delivery of product to market in a timely manner * Working with our new kit design team to create 3d models and SOPS’s for new dedicated illustration kits for all group products * Creating work instructions and SPO’s to assist the production line and production manager * Creating or revise user and installation manuals for any new or existing products brought to market by any of the groups brands * Managing and implement change through processes and communicate with other departments to deal with enquiries both efficiently and effectively * Creating an illustrated parts catalogue (IPC) to assist every department determine product parts and codes In order to be successful in this role you must have / be: * 3 Years + experience as a Technical Illustrator * Proficient in CAD, solidworks and Adobe packages including illustrator * Good understanding of basic engineering principles * A well-organised professional * Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused * A clear and confident communicator and strong team player * High levels of accuracy and attention to detail * A logical, process-driven mindset Apply now and start your journey with us!
