We’re now looking for a driven Online Product Assessor to join our Central Sales Team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ambition to develop a rewarding career in a purpose-led business. The Role As an Online Product Assessor, you will: • Deliver engaging online assessments and product demonstrations via live video or pre-recorded sessions. • Listen to customers’ needs and recommend the most suitable mobility products and solutions. • Manage your own diary, enquiries, and follow-ups to provide consistent, high-quality customer service. • Support the sales team by handling unsold appointments and keeping customer records accurate and up to date. • Work closely with colleagues across sales and service teams to continuously improve our customer journey. • Take part in training and site visits to deepen your product knowledge and better understand customer challenges. About You We’re looking for someone who is: • Customer-focused, with strong communication and listening skills. • Confident using technology (Windows applications, video platforms, etc.). • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. • Keen to learn and grow with us — technical knowledge can be taught, but passion and attitude are key.
