Mobilise Sports Injury Clinic, The Bourne Club, Farnham

Self-employed | Flexible hours | £30–£45 per hour depending on experience

Are you an experienced physiotherapist looking for a flexible part-time opportunity within a high-quality independent clinic? Mobilise Sports Injury Clinic is looking for a qualified physiotherapist to join its established practice at The Bourne Club in Farnham. This is an opportunity to work alongside Sam Harwood, a highly experienced sports therapist, within a modern, well-equipped and welcoming clinic.

We are looking for a capable, friendly and independently minded physiotherapist who would value the flexibility to shape a role around their experience, interests and other commitments. The working pattern can be discussed with the successful candidate and could include:

  • One or more regular sessions each week
  • Daytime or school-hours clinics
  • Selected evening or weekend sessions
  • A gradual increase in hours
  • Combining the role with another position, family commitments or professional interests

Some evening or weekend availability would be particularly useful because many patients need treatment around work, training, competitions and sporting events. We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced physiotherapists returning to clinical practice or looking for a more flexible and sustainable way to continue their career.

Help us broaden the clinic. Mobilise has a strong reputation for sports injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. We are also looking for someone who can help broaden the range of services offered by the clinic. You may already have, or wish to develop, a special interest in:

  • Women’s health physiotherapy
  • General musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Adolescent and youth sport
  • Older active adults
  • Neurological rehabilitation
  • Running, cycling or racket-sport injuries
  • Another clinical specialism that complements the existing practice

We are open to hearing what you could bring to the clinic. This is an opportunity to develop a service around your own clinical strengths and interests rather than fit into a rigid, predetermined role.

The clinic Mobilise Sports Injury Clinic is based within The Bourne Club, a thriving sports and fitness environment in Farnham. The clinic provides a professional, modern and relaxed setting for assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. The successful candidate would work alongside Sam as a trusted professional and would be encouraged to contribute ideas to the continued development of the practice.

About you

You will need to be:

  • A qualified physiotherapist
  • HCPC registered
  • Chartered or eligible for Chartered Society of Physiotherapy membership
  • Confident assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
  • Professional, personable and able to build strong patient relationships
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Committed to high-quality, evidence-informed care

Experience in professional, elite, academy or performance sport would be welcomed, but it is not essential. More important is that you are a capable clinician who enjoys working with active people and would value the opportunity to help shape and grow a successful independent practice. Applications are welcomed from all suitably qualified candidates. We particularly encourage applications from physiotherapists looking for a flexible part-time opportunity or returning to practice.
