About the Role
Are you a technically versatile problem-solver passionate about cloud infrastructure and automation? We are seeking a motivated DevOps & Cloud Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the crucial escalation point for complex technical challenges, supporting and improving our multi-cloud environment with a primary focus on AWS and Amazon Connect. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of foundational experience to deepen their expertise in infrastructure-as-code, cloud services, and mission-critical application support within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a third-line escalation expert, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across our cloud infrastructure, services, and applications.
- Manage and support our multi-cloud footprint (AWS and Azure), including IAM, networking, and core services.
- Administer and enhance our Amazon Connect platform, a core focus of this role. This includes:
- Investigating and resolving issues using CloudWatch Logs and Insights.
- Supporting and maintaining Lambda Functions (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
- Managing services like Synthetics Canaries and Kinesis Streams.
- Refactoring and modularising Contact Flows for better performance and maintainability.
- Promoting changes across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
