The Programme: Build Your Specialism
Your journey begins with the Mobilise Academy, our flagship 12-week intensive training programme. Following this foundational period, you will have the opportunity to specialise in a pathway that matches your strengths and interests, each includes specialising into one of two Cloud Providers as well:
- DevOps: Master Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Data & AI: Build scalable data platforms and leverage machine learning/AI to solve complex problems.
- Agile Delivery: Combine technical knowledge with project management to lead high-performing delivery teams.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with architects and other senior team members to build and deploy resilient cloud infrastructure.
- Gain industry-recognised certifications (AWS/Azure) fully funded by Mobilise.
- Work on live projects for high-profile clients from day one (pending security clearance).
- Develop a deep understanding of cloud security, cost optimisation, and architectural best practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Academic Achievement: A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant computing discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security or similar).
- Technical Curiosity: A genuine interest in cloud-native technologies and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Communication: The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both colleagues and clients.
- Resilience: A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
