About the Role

Are you a technically versatile problem-solver passionate about cloud infrastructure and automation? We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-3 years experience to deepen their expertise in infrastructure-as-code, cloud services, and mission‑critical application support within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a third‑line escalation expert, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across our enterprise cloud infrastructure, services, and applications.
  • Manage and support our multi‑cloud footprint (AWS and Azure), including IAM, networking, and core services.
  • Administer and enhance our Azure platforms as a core focus of this role. This includes:
  • Azure public cloud
  • Azure Kubernetes Service
  • Azure Postgres flexible server
  • Azure cache for redis
  • Azure front door, DNS zones
  • Key vault, storage account
  • Azure Entra ID, PIM
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and PowerShell, managing the export/import lifecycle via GitLab repositories.
  • Support Azure infrastructure, including Site‑to‑Site (S2S) and Point‑to‑Site (P2S) VPNs, storage accounts, and its integration with our AWS networking infrastructure.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, and Conditional Access Policies.
  • Build and support integration workflows using Azure Functions and Logic Apps for authentication and data exchange between Azure and AWS.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to innovation by assisting with the implementation of Generative AI solutions in Amazon Connect and supporting exploratory projects like Amazon NovaSonic.
