We are looking for a motivated and reliable new member to join our workshop team. This role would suit someone with a strong logistical mindset who can support our existing workshop staff in ensuring stock is handled accurately, safely, and distributed on time. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, able to work well under pressure and deadlines, and have a positive, proactive attitude. While previous workshop experience is preferred, we value mindset, work ethic, and willingness to learn above all else. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with booking stock in and out of the workshop
- Ensuring stock is stored safely, accurately, and clearly on shelving
- Supporting the day-to-day organisation and cleanliness of the workshop
- Assisting with operational tasks as required
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail when handling stock and inventory
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines and operational targets
Hours and More Info
- 40 Hours a week
- Salary is £12.71 per hour (Plus EOT Bonus - Feel free to ask about this!)
- Working at our warehouse in Corby NN17 5DY
- Overtime is not offered with the occasional exception
Experience & Skills Preferred
- Previous experience within a workshop, warehouse, or similar environment
- Familiarity with electronic stock systems and basic computer use
- Experience using essential wire preparation & assembly tools
