Our mission is simple: to make high-quality education accessible to all.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised education professional to join our growing team. This is not a traditional classroom teaching role. Instead, the position focuses on academic quality assurance, curriculum planning, and teacher performance management, ensuring our students receive consistently high-quality education. You will act as a key link between teachers, students, parents, customer service, and internal teams, helping to maintain exceptional standards across all courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee curriculum delivery to ensure full coverage of GCSE Maths, English, and Science, working closely with the marketing team to align course offerings.

- Support the recruitment and onboarding of high-quality teaching talent.
- Communicate regularly with parents and students to gather feedback and improve the learning experience.
- Liaise with customer service and internal teams to resolve academic or operational issues efficiently.
- Guide course structure and learning resources using your subject expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, communications, and quality reviews.
- Identify, escalate, and proactively address any academic or service concerns.
- Carry out general administrative tasks to support the wider education team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of the UK education system, particularly GCSE Maths, English, and Science.
- Previous teaching experience with a proven record of strong student outcomes.
- Experience across multiple aspects of education delivery (planning, assessment, feedback).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using digital platforms and education technology.
- Professional, empathetic, and able to build trust with families.
- Able to work on-site in London, Monday to Friday.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
- Strong performance-based bonus structure
- Rapid career progression within a fast-growing education company
- Full training on our systems, platform, and processes
- Opportunity for overtime and increased responsibility based on performance
