A leading manufacturer of ejection seats is looking for an Assembly Operative to join the Fitting Annex team in Denham. This role involves assembling and inspecting complex sub-assemblies that contribute to the safety and success of critical aerospace technology.
Location: Denham, Middlesex
Salary: £33-£34k
Rotating Shifts: Monday - Thursday 8am -5pm, Friday 8am-12pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and inspect sub-assemblies using technical drawings and build plans
- Use hand tools, gauges, and inspection equipment to maintain high-quality standards
- Work as part of a skilled team producing safety-critical components
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Hands-on experience with assembly, fitting, and inspection (preferred)
