Job Title: Assembly and Test Technician – Transducer Products Location: High Wycombe, UK Salary: £25,625 per year Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly and Test Technician to join our team. This role involves the assembly and testing of transducers, including load cells and extensometers, ensuring high-quality performance standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and test transducers following detailed procedures and specifications Diagnose faults and manage customer orders and quality reporting procedures Ensure a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and reduce costs Occasionally assist with customer site visits for installation and commissioning Key Requirements: Experience with electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies Strong knowledge of hand tools, fault diagnosis, and electronic testing Ability to read engineering, assembly, and manufacturing drawings Attention to detail and a focus on quality Experience in the use of basic test equipment and product improvement initiatives Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics, Science (preferably Physics), and Craft-based subjects Training will be provided If you have a passion for precision assembly and testing, and you’re looking to be part of a dynamic team, apply today
