We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Painters with a Blue CSCS Card to join our construction team at Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile, long-term airside project, offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and paid holiday.

Important: There is no on-site parking. Candidates must live within a commutable distance.

Important: As this is an airside position, all applicants must pass a Criminal Record Check and provide a 5-year checkable employment history to obtain an Airside Pass.

Job Details

  • Location: Heathrow Airport (Airside)
  • Pay Rates (PAYE):
  • Β£22.00/hour – Day shifts
  • Β£27.50/hour – Night shifts
  • Shift Times:
    • Day: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Night: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (paid)
  • Holiday Pay: 4 hours accrued for each full week worked
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out high-quality interior and exterior painting work
    • Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, and priming
    • Apply various coatings including emulsion, gloss, and specialist finishes
    • Work to specification and deadlines while maintaining cleanliness and safety
    • Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors

    Requirements

    • Valid Blue CSCS Card (Skilled Worker – Painting & Decorating)
    • Own tools, rollers, brushes, and PPE
    • Proven experience as a professional painter on construction sites
    • Ability to pass background and employment history checks
