Salary: £26,700–£27,700 (£14.20 per hour) + overtime potential
Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00 | Fri 08:00–12:00

We’re seeking a skilled Aerospace Stores Operative with experience in warehouse or production environments handling similar materials or components used in precision engineering. You’ll be working with parts that demand care, accuracy, and attention to detail — where quality truly matters.
What You’ll Do as a Aerospace Stores Operative
- Prepare, pack, and label aerospace components to exact specifications
- Validate batch numbers, quantities, and part descriptions using SAP
- Ensure all parts are securely packed and ready for on‑time dispatch
- Support logistics and shipping coordination across departments
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate records
- Pick, issue, and receive materials efficiently
- Operate forklifts, pallet stackers, scissor lifts, and saws (training provided if needed)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with various tools, manufacturing environment
- Ideally from aerospace, automotive, rail, or defence sectors
- Stable and reliable work history over the last 5 years
- Familiar with packing methods, handling tools, and material movement
- Good IT skills (SAP experience an advantage)
- Great communication skills and a proactive attitude
