We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Admin / Document Controller to join a busy engineering/project environment based in Feltham (TW14). This is an ongoing temporary assignment with long-term potential and an excellent opportunity to work within a well-structured team, supporting project delivery and document management processes.
Key Duties
- Managing project documentation and filing systems
- Updating registers, tracking drawings, and revisions
- Preparing, formatting, and issuing documents to internal teams
- Liaising with project managers, engineers and subcontractors
- General administrative support including data entry, reports and scanning
- Ensuring document control procedures are followed at all times
Experience Required
- Previous experience in administration OR document control
- Strong IT skills and confident using document management tools
- Good organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
- Tekla experience is highly preferable, but not essential – training can be provided for the right person
Future Location
The business will be relocating to Basingstoke in mid-2026. This role would ideally suit someone willing and able to move with the company at that time.
Full-time office-based Monday to Friday.
