We’re now looking for a Marketing & Growth Executive to help us generate more leads, build smarter marketing systems and support the next stage of growth. This is not a corporate marketing role. We’re not looking for someone to spend six months creating PowerPoint presentations and marketing strategies. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting things done.

The Role

Working directly with the leadership team, you’ll help drive pipeline generation through a mix of marketing, automation, AI and creative campaigns. You’ll be involved in:

  • Customer case studies and success stories
  • AI-powered content creation
  • Managing and improving marketing funnels
  • Working with SEO and PPC partners
  • Building lead magnets, calculators and campaign assets
  • Analysing campaign performance and making improvements

What We’re Looking For

You do not need to have done everything before. More important is attitude, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. You’ll likely have experience in:

  • Marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing or demand generation
  • Creating content and campaigns
  • Using CRM systems
  • Working with LinkedIn and email marketing
  • Writing compelling copy
  • Analysing campaign performance

Bonus Points For Experience With:

  • B2B marketing
  • SaaS software businesses
  • Salesforce
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Webinar marketing
  • AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or automation platforms

What Success Looks Like

Within 12 months you’ll have helped us:

  • Increase qualified demos for the sales team
  • Improve lead nurturing and conversion rates
  • Launch new webinar campaigns
  • Build smarter AI-powered marketing processes
  • Generate measurable pipeline growth

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days home)
  • Early finish every Friday (12:30pm)
  • Birthday off every year
  • NEST pension scheme
  • Death in Service cover
  • MacBook and equipment provided
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Direct access to company leadership
  • Real ownership and autonomy

Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing software business. If you’re ambitious, commercially minded, curious about AI and enjoy turning ideas into action, we’d love to hear from you.
