We’re not looking for someone to “do marketing”. We’re looking for someone who can build pipeline. Mobile Rocket is a growing software company specialising in the temp recruitment sector. We help recruitment agencies automate onboarding, compliance, candidate engagement and temp workforce management. We’ve grown fast, but we know our biggest opportunity now is building a stronger, more predictable marketing engine that drives qualified demos and revenue. This role is for someone commercially minded who understands modern B2B growth marketing and knows how to generate demand across the full funnel.
What You’ll Own:
- Top of Funnel
- Defining and refining ICPs and buyer personas
- Building targeted campaigns for recruitment agencies and in-house recruitment teams
- Running LinkedIn campaigns, outbound email campaigns and webinars
- Creating compelling campaign angles and messaging around real commercial pain points
- Supporting founder‑led marketing and LinkedIn content
- Identifying brand ambassadors, podcast opportunities and event visibility
- Middle of Funnel
- Building lead nurturing workflows and drip campaigns
- Creating lead scoring systems and sales triggers
- Developing whitepapers, calculators, reports and interactive tools
- Building landing pages and campaign assets using modern AI tools and platforms
- Retargeting campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other channels
- Bottom of Funnel
- Supporting sales enablement with case studies, battlecards and pitch decks
- Improving conversion from inbound lead to booked demo
- Working closely with SDRs and Account Executives to improve lead quality
- Helping create vertical‑specific use cases and positioning
What We’re Looking For:
You do not need experience in every area below, but you must be commercially switched on and able to execute. We’d love someone who:
- Understands B2B SaaS or recruitment marketing
- Thinks in pipeline, SQLs and revenue - not vanity metrics
- Has experience with LinkedIn Ads, email sequencing and retargeting
- Can write strong copy and build campaigns that convert
- Understands automation, lead scoring and nurture journeys
- Is comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and modern growth tooling
- Can move quickly and test ideas fast
- Wants ownership and accountability
Huge bonus points if you have experience with:
- Recruitment technology Apollo, Clay, Salesforge, Userpilot or similar tools
- Replit or no‑code/AI tooling
- Building calculators, lead magnets or interactive tools
