We’re hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to sell recruitment technology into UK temp recruitment agencies. This is a senior, hands-on sales role. You will own deals end to end, from first conversation through to close, without relying on SDRs to generate pipeline for you. This is not an SDR role. This is not a “wait 12–18 months for promotion” role. It is a grown-up sales role with real ownership.
What you will be doing:
- You will prospect and engage UK temp recruitment agencies.
- You will run discovery calls and product demos.
- You will manage deals through to close.
- You will handle objections and build trust with decision-makers.
- You will own your pipeline and accounts end to end.
- You will be trusted to run your own patch and manage your time.
What we are looking for:
- You have proven B2B sales experience.
- You are comfortable prospecting without scripts.
- You can show evidence of closing deals, not just booking meetings.
- You take a calm, commercial approach to objections.
- Ideally, but not essential, you have sold into recruiters or previously worked in recruitment.
What is on offer:
- Base salary of £40,000 to £50,000.
- Uncapped commission with realistic on-target earnings of £70,000 to £85,000.
- Full ownership of accounts.
