We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can do one thing exceptionally well: Generate pipeline. This is not a “brand” or “content for content’s sake” role. You will be directly responsible for driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and supporting Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into the business. If you enjoy seeing your work translate into real revenue and want full ownership of campaigns, this role will suit you.
About Us
We’re a fast-growing UK software company specialising in the temp recruitment sector. Our platform helps recruitment agencies automate onboarding, compliance, and candidate engagement. We work with high-volume temp agencies across healthcare, logistics, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
The Role
You will take ownership of marketing campaigns from idea through to execution and results. Your focus will be simple: Get the right people to book demos.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and executing outbound email campaigns to targeted recruitment agencies
- Running LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid)
- Creating and launching lead magnets (e.g. calculators, reports, webinars)
- Driving webinar registrations and attendance
- Managing and improving conversion from click → lead → demo
- Working closely with sales to ensure lead quality and follow-up
- Tracking performance and reporting on:
- MQLs
- SQLs
- Campaign ROI
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent flow of qualified leads into the pipeline
- Campaigns launched on time, every time
- Clear ownership of results (not just activity)
- Strong alignment with sales outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, demand generation, or lead generation
- Proven ability to run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Strong execution skills — you get things done quickly
- Data-driven mindset — you care about results, not just output
- Confident working closely with a sales team
Bonus Points
- Experience in SaaS or recruitment
- Experience using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, or email platforms
- Understanding of MQL/SQL pipeline
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a purely creative or brand role
- Not a “strategy only” position
- Not a slow-paced environment
What You’ll Get
- Real ownership of marketing performance
- Direct impact on revenue
- Clear expectations and targets
- Opportunity to grow into a senior/growth role
How to Apply
