Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham for a Class 2 multi-stop driver working daytime shifts. The driver will complete multidrop deliveries and collections of palletised freight and other goods to various customer locations, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant transport. Responsibilities include conducting daily vehicle checks, loading and securing goods, following planned routes, and accurately completing delivery paperwork and electronic records. The role involves regular interaction with customers and depot staff, maintaining professional communication, and representing the company positively at all times. The driver will follow all road traffic regulations and company policies, promptly report any incidents or vehicle defects, and support operational teams in meeting service and safety standards.
Permanent role: Class 2 Driver – immediate start. The first two or three days you will spend with one of our quality, experienced drivers for full on-the-job training, support loading/unloading processes, the use of the pump-trucks and handheld scanners, yard procedures and H&S sign-off.
£14.84 per hour, paid weekly (minimum of 46.25 paid hours guaranteed per week) and overtime paid after the weekly hours worked at £15.84 per hour. Multidrop deliveries, over two trips and collections planned where required.

As a Class 2 Driver, you will need:
- Experience of using the handheld scanner (EDC); however, full training will be given
- Experience in operating an Electric or Manual pump truck; however, full training will be given
- Skilled at operating tail lifts; however, full training will be given
- Well-versed in kerb-side deliveries to Customers
- Experience of multidrop palletised deliveries
Requirements:
- Are over the Age of 23 (based on experience)
- Have no more than 6 points
- Have had an HGV Licence for more than 2 years
- Flexibility to operational needs
- Start times either 06:30/07:00
