As Business Enablement Lead, you'll lead a team of Business Enablement Coordinators who provide proactive, professional and value-added support to leaders and teams across the organisation.
You'll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, solving problems, improving processes and making life easier for colleagues.
Acting as a central point of coordination and connection between leaders, departments, shareholders and external stakeholders
This role helps keep the business running smoothly by driving effective information flow, project coordination and problem-solving, identifying and implementing practical solutions as business needs evolve.

- What you'll be here to do;
- Define and deliver the Business Enablement roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Oversee governance and coordination activities, ensuring actions, decisions, risks and deliverables are effectively tracked and progressed.
- Develop a high‐performing team of Business Enablement Coordinators, creating a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure leaders and teams receive responsive, professional and customer-focused support.
- Act as a strategic liaison between MBNL, shareholders, suppliers, and external stakeholders, providing practical solutions to business needs.
- Establish consistent approaches to diary management, meeting preparation, and leadership support
- Improve communication channels and information flow across directorates
- Oversee supplier performance, purchase orders, budgets, and administrative services
- Lead workplace operations and facilities management activities, helping create a positive, productive and welcoming working environment.
- Support company events, volunteering programmes, engagement activities, and cultural initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across business support services, improving efficiency and enhancing the experience of colleagues and stakeholders.
