The Role

As Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a central role in translating our vision into action. • Own and deliver end-to-end acquisition projects including replacements, relocations, upgrades, and decommissions.
  • Lead and manage supplier performance and third-party contracts, driving accountability and recovery plans.
  • Oversee financial performance across CapEx and OpEx, identifying savings and forecasting effectively.
  • Build a thriving team culture through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and engagement.
  • Be a key influencer across the business—setting SLAs, sharing feedback, and challenging the status quo.
  • Serve as a trusted service provider, continuously improving how we meet internal and external customer needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • An experienced Manager with natural leadership skills and a passion for people development and team excellence
  • Proven experience in acquisition delivery within the telecoms or infrastructure space
  • Strong knowledge of ECC legislation, T&C Planning, and wayleave management
  • Deep understanding of RAN and infrastructure deployment processes
