The Role: As Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a central role in translating our vision into action. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition Services, you’ll be responsible for managing a team that delivers infrastructure acquisition activities—ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also cultivate a high-performance culture, managing key suppliers, improving processes, and delivering sustainable cost savings—while always maintaining a laser focus on customers, execution, and people.

  • Own and deliver end-to-end acquisition projects including replacements, relocations, upgrades, and decommissions.
  • Lead and manage supplier performance and third-party contracts, driving accountability and recovery plans.
  • Oversee financial performance across CapEx and OpEx, identifying savings and forecasting effectively.
  • Build a thriving team culture through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and engagement.
  • Be a key influencer across the business—setting SLAs, sharing feedback, and challenging the status quo.
  • Serve as a trusted service provider, continuously improving how we meet internal and external customer needs.

What You’ll Bring: An experienced Manager with natural leadership skills and a passion for people development and team excellence. Proven experience in acquisition delivery within the telecoms or infrastructure space. Strong knowledge of ECC legislation, T&C Planning, and wayleave management. Deep understanding of RAN and infrastructure deployment processes. Confidence in holding suppliers accountable and influencing senior stakeholders. Superb planning, communication, and relationship-building abilities. A proactive mindset with an eye for compliance, continuous improvement, and innovation.
