Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBMN) in Reading is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Lead to own triage, prioritisation and allocation of reactive tickets, with an emphasis on risk-based decision making and automation.
You will drive workflow improvement, control warranties and defects, and partner with suppliers to shift more work from reactive to planned maintenance, protecting service levels and reducing cost. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week in our Central Reading office.
