The Process Analyst plays a key role within MBNL’s Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence function, supporting the development, standardisation, and continuous improvement of business processes across the organisation. Working closely with process owners and subject matter experts, the role captures, analyses, and documents end‑to‑end processes—ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned to governance, quality, and compliance requirements. The role translates complex operational activity into structured, practical outputs that support effective delivery and reduce risk.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.
What you’ll be here to do:
- Support process discovery, documentation, and improvement across multiple workstreams by capturing, analysing, and documenting end‑to‑end business processes.
- Produce ‘as‑is’ and ‘to‑be’ BPMN process maps using agreed tools and standards.
- Document supporting process detail including roles, responsibilities, systems, controls, and workflows.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and align stakeholders, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality outputs at pace.
- Maintain process inventories, version control, and governance documentation.
- Use tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to analyse data and produce structured outputs.
- Support the embedding of processes into day‑to‑day operations through clear guidance and documentation.

You’re a detail‑oriented and organised individual with strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and translating complex information into clear, structured outputs. You’ll bring:
- Experience or exposure to business process analysis and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence facilitating discussions and engaging stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and documentation skills.
- The ability to interpret, validate, and challenge information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
