The Property and Legal Department plays a pivotal role in managing and developing the network estate of EE and Three, ensuring all partners and suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines. We’re now looking for a Landlord Relationship Specialist (LRS) to strengthen our team and help us deliver outstanding landlord and access management across our shared network property portfolio.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week based in our Central Reading office.
What you’ll do
- Lead the logging and resolution of property incidents using our central management tool (Remedy).
- Take ownership of casework, including landlord queries, access escalations, and access support requests.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to turn complex challenges into positive outcomes.
- Support reporting on property incidents, access performance, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Govern supplier performance, ensuring high standards and accountability.
- Provide best-practice guidance and training for MBNL teams, shareholders, and the wider supplier ecosystem.
- Manage complaints from start to resolution, adhering to SLAs and policies, and escalating where necessary.
- Contribute to the delivery of future access outcomes and landlord relationship strategies.
