Coordinate governance. Maintain control. Enable effective infrastructure delivery. The Governance Coordinator plays a key role within MBNL’s Infrastructure. Strong governance and accurate data management are essential to ensuring infrastructure projects and operational activities are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed processes. This role provides the coordination, reporting, and oversight required to support effective decision-making, maintain process compliance, and drive continuous improvement across MBNL and shareholder programmes. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.
What you’ll be here to do:
- Manage and analyse data relating to shareholder demand, Strategic Asset Management, and Inspection
- Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel capability including v-lookups, pivots and formulas as well as confidence working with complex datasets
- Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a governance-focused environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
