The Business Enablement Coordinator plays a key role within MBNL’s People Team, providing responsive, professional, customer-focused operational, governance and leadership support across the business.

Acting as a trusted point of coordination, the role builds strong relationships with leaders, teams, suppliers and shareholders, understanding their needs and providing a proactive, customer-focused service that makes it easier for them to get things done.

  • What you’ll be here to do;
  • Support engagement initiatives, employee events, volunteering activities, and recognition programmes that enhance the employee experience.
  • Support executive and department communications, ensuring information is delivered effectively
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, shareholders, and external stakeholders becoming a trusted and approachable contact.
  • Record actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow‑up and progress tracking
  • Coordinate business planning, action tracking, and reporting activities
  • Coordinate meetings, governance forums, leadership events, and business activities ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting packs, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier administration, and business support services
  • Coordinate office operations, facilities activities, and workplace administration
  • Support health, safety, wellbeing, and emergency response arrangements
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practice across business support activities, simplifying ways of working and enhancing service delivery
  • Deliver a proactive, customer-focused support service that helps leaders and teams achieve their goals.
  • Who we’re looking for;
  • Strong experience in business support, administration, or coordination roles
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience managing diaries, meetings, actions, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling sensitive information
