We’re now seeking an exceptional Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic Property Team and spearhead the charge in ensuring strategic and operational excellence across acquisition programmes.
The Role
As Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a central role in translating our vision into action. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition Services, you’ll be responsible for managing a team that delivers infrastructure acquisition activities—ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also cultivate a high-performance culture, managing key suppliers, improving processes, and delivering sustainable cost savings—while always maintaining a laser focus on customers, execution, and people.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver end-to-end acquisition projects including replacements, relocations, upgrades, and decommissions.
- Lead and manage supplier performance and third-party contracts, driving accountability and recovery plans.
- Oversee financial performance across CapEx and OpEx, identifying savings and forecasting effectively.
- Build a thriving team culture through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and engagement.
- Be a key influencer across the business—setting SLAs, sharing feedback, and challenging the status quo.
- Serve as a trusted service provider, continuously improving how we meet internal and external customer needs.
What You’ll Bring

- Strong knowledge of ECC legislation, T&C Planning, and wayleave management.
- Deep understanding of RAN and infrastructure deployment processes.
