Deliver great change across the ecosystem to protect services, reduce risk, and maximise stakeholder value. The Change Enablement Specialist sits at the heart of MBNL's Operational Services organisation, playing a key role in managing the delivery of Change Enablement services by the supplier ecosystem to achieve agreed business outcomes and performance targets set by EE/BT, Three and the MBNL AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
You will assist and proactively manage service availability, risk and impact of all changes implemented across the MBNL estate against contractual obligations and industry benchmarks.

What you'll be here to do
- The Change Enablement Specialist ensures that all network changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact, protecting service performance and supporting MBNL's operational excellence.
- Manage and coordinate network change activities to ensure minimal service disruption and controlled delivery.
- Oversee emergency change requests, ensuring appropriate justification, governance, and timely response.
- Monitor network availability, outages, and permits to protect service performance and minimise operational risk.
- Analyse change and performance trends to identify improvements across suppliers and operational processes.
- Support governance forums and operational reviews, including change boards and availability meetings.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments to ensure safe implementation of network activities.
- Ensure compliance with operational controls such as site access, permits, and network handover processes.
Who we're looking for
- We're looking for a hands‐on Change Enablement pro who can drive safe, seamless network changes and get the best from suppliers and teams.
- ITIL Foundation V3/4 or equivalent experience.
- Change management and Availability management experience.
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of the methodologies, processes and capabilities required to deliver best in class technical and business services.
- Experience of managing, motivating, monitoring and improving performance of contractors and suppliers.
We're especially interested if you also have the following
- Experience of collaboratively working with remotely located, cross‐functional teams.
- Safety/quality/compliance knowledge of mobile or fixed network technologies.
- Experience of BMC Remedy.
- Experience of working in or with a JV organisation.
