Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecom Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting Mobex’s telecommunications solutions, and building strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, delivering outstanding customer service, providing product training as needed, and managing ongoing client accounts. The Telecom Sales Representative will play a key part in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Proven Sales experience within the telecom sector with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Experience in Sales Management, including tracking KPIs and managing client accounts
  • Training experience, with the ability to guide clients through product features and services
  • Goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with telecommunications or cloud-based communication solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software systems is an advantage
