What You\’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in unblocking product delivery and accelerating experimentation across both acquisition and core product features.
You’ll take the lead on design work across app and web, owning everything from user research to prototyping and handoff – making sure we continue to ship high-quality features at speed.
You’ll guide the team in uncovering what our users will love throughout. We like to explore user problems in-depth and to speak with users regularly.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a collaborative and creative problem-solver with a product mindset and a sharp eye for UX. You care about seamless experiences and moving fast without compromising on quality.
You\’ll thrive in this role if…
- Have 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2C apps or subscription-based businesses
- Have shipped onboarding flows, growth loops, and run A/B tests, among others
- Are comfortable with crafting visual designs as part of your day-to-day design delivery
- Know how to balance business goals with user needs, you communicate in a language of key metrics and user stories
- Have run usability tests or scrappy user research to validate ideas early
- Enjoy fast-paced environments and solving real user problems
- Work confidently in Figma and enjoy maintaining scalable design systems
- Are proactive, curious, and unafraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions
- Are comfortable switching between tactical fixes and big-picture design projects
- Are a self starter that is comfortable working in a lean team with minimal supervision
- Are passionate about cooking!
What does success look like in this role?
In your first 6-12 months, we’d expect you to:

Unblock the delivery of key app and web features

Improve our experimentation cadence across onboarding, paywall, and retention

Create scalable design patterns and reduce UX debt across our product surface

Build strong working relationships across Product, Growth, Data and Engineering

Run regular usability tests and build fast feedback loops with users to test and validate design decisions and uncover unexpected pain points

Deliver design work that feels high-quality, consistent and uniquely Mob.
