We’re building the world’s best recipe app. Making weekly cooking fun, easy and delicious. It will take the friction away from home cooking, so anyone can become an accomplished home cook. It took us 24 months to reach 100k subscribers - and just seven months to double that to 200k. Our next goal: scale to over 1 million users across the globe. Behind it all is a creative, data-driven team that collaborates to build experiences that ladder up to our mission. As a fast-paced startup, our core value is simple: make it happen, succeed together.
What You'll Be Doing
We’re looking for a Content Producer to take ownership of creative and production tasks across commercial campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver social content that is bold, effective, and true to our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of creative approaches for client projects, collaborating closely with food, video, social, and commercial teams.
- Prepare decks, storyboards, and production documentation to align internal teams and communicate vision to clients.
- Support shoot logistics including scheduling, location sourcing, talent coordination, and budget tracking.
- Act as a reliable production presence on set, ensuring creative and logistical elements run smoothly and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Coordinate with editors in post-production, managing feedback loops and ensuring content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Track pre- and post-production timelines in Monday.com and Notion, and maintain accurate records of production budgets and expenses.
- Apply ASA guidelines and complete production paperwork, including risk assessments and call sheets, to a high standard.
- Identify and flag workflow improvements, budget risks, or creative concerns proactively.
- Support junior colleagues where needed, and participate actively in team debriefs and project retrospectives.
What Does Success Look Like in this Role?
- Within the first three months, fully owns their project slate end-to-end with minimal oversight - shoots are well-run, clients are managed confidently, and internal teams have what they need without having to chase.
- By six months, is actively shaping briefs rather than just executing them, bringing platform knowledge and creative instincts to pre-production and flagging issues before they become problems.
- By twelve months, is a trusted lead across the commercial team - mentoring junior colleagues effectively, contributing to process improvements, and demonstrating measurable growth in content performance through data-informed creative decisions.
Platforms & Tools Expertise
Slack, Keynote, Notion.
What You’ll Bring
What We're Looking For
- You come from a digital-first background - you've built your career making content for social platforms, not adapting it from broadcast or linear, and that difference shows in how you think about format, pacing, and audience.
- You have a passion and key eye for what makes incredible, lo-fi, authentic, social first commercial content.
- You are a creative producer who can work with real autonomy - owning projects from kick-off to delivery, leading shoots, liaising directly with clients, and supporting and developing junior colleagues.
- You will be someone who proactively shapes briefs, brings editorial thinking to commercial work, and has the confidence to take the lead without being told to - whether that's flagging an issue before it becomes a problem on set, or pushing back on a creative idea that isn't right.
- You'll thrive in this role if you are up to date with the latest trends, formats, and platform behaviours across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and able to translate that knowledge into sharper creative decisions at brief stage.
- Have strong creative direction and storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of visual aesthetics across social platforms.
- Have proven ability to manage shoots end-to-end and coordinate multiple crew members.
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a collaborative mindset with leadership skills, able to guide junior producers and support cross-departmental work.
- Have solid knowledge of production systems + processes.
- Have a proactive, solutions-first mindset - you spot problems before they escalate and bring ideas, not just questions.
It's a bonus if you...
- Are skilled at building trust-based relationships with clients and navigating feedback diplomatically.
- Have experience identifying and managing talent, ensuring the right fit for each project.
- Have shooting experience (particularly on iPhone) would be a bonus.
- Have knowledge of compliance and ASA guidelines.
