What You\’ll Be Doing

This is an exciting opportunity for a Flutter engineer who thrives at the intersection of product engineering and growth. In this role, you’ll focus on optimising our mobile product conversion funnel – turning users into engaged, retained customers. You\’ll collaborate with product, design, data, and growth teams to deliver impactful experiments and improvements, guided by user insights and A/B testing.

You’ll be hands-on with the code, owning the rapid development of data-informed features that directly impact user growth, activation, and retention. All while ensuring quality and scalability through sound engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation of growth experiments across the mobile app, with a focus on conversion, retention, and activation.

  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Product Manager and cross-functional partners to ideate, prototype, test, and ship improvements quickly.

  • Create mobile user journeys that are exciting for users, while also measurable, performant, and conversion-optimised.

  • Maintain codebase quality and ensure clean architecture within the fast-paced experimentation cycle.

Platforms & Tools Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Flutter

  • At least 4 years of overall mobile development experience

  • Solid understanding of experimentation frameworks, instrumentation, and data-informed feature development.

  • Strong understanding of engineering best practices
