We are looking for an office manager who can wear multiple hats and manage the day to day running of our vibrant office! As our Office Manager you’ll ensure the smooth running of our office on a daily basis, providing a welcoming, creative and safe environment for our awesome growing team and all of our guests.
As the face (and driving force) behind the day to day running of our office you will be the go-to-person for all office related matters and issues. You are highly organised, passionate and always two steps ahead but able to problem solve under pressure. You’re reliable, with a high attention to detail and above all: have a ‘happy to help’ attitude and willingness to get stuck-in.
What you will be doing...
- Maintain our office and arrange repairs in a timely manner
- Monitor and order stationary as well other consumables (company lunch, kitchen supplies, Thursday drinks etc)
- Monitor the cleanliness and organisation of the office, taking initiative to address any issues promptly.
- Manage the kitchen including a weekly inventory stock take and ordering of cupboard supplies, ordering of fresh ingredients for the Food Producers, and equipment maintenance and replacements.
- Liaise with and manage external suppliers such as Building Management, cleaning services, maintenance contractors and other providers (eg catering services)
- Create a warm and welcoming office environment that fosters positivity and productivity for all team members and visitors, including important clients
- Welcome new starters and ensure they are set-up on our systems with the right hardware to do their jobs
- Review and implement efficiencies / upgrades to office experience, office supplies and overall office functionality
- Maintaining office property and equipment including all electronics and ensuring their smooth functioning
- Running work-related errands and ad-hoc tasks
