We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. *Responsibilities*

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to identify faults and issues
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems using schematics and diagnostic tools
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including engine work, brake servicing, suspension repairs, and fluid replacements
  • Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to carry out repairs efficiently and safely
  • Assemble vehicle components following manufacturer specifications and technical drawings
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each vehicle
  • Assist with equipment repair, routine maintenance, and preventative servicing programmes
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures and addressing client concerns
  • Undertake heavy lifting as required during the repair process while adhering to health and safety protocols

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various repair tasks
  • Experience in vehicle assembly, maintenance, and equipment repair processes
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Good organisational skills to manage multiple repairs efficiently
  • Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs
  • Physically capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely during repairs or parts handling
