  • Support the New Homes Team with pre‑sales activity, including valuations, price lists and monitoring sales exposure
  • Manage enquiries relating to sub‑letting, re‑mortgages, lease assignments and notices
  • Lead Right to Buy and Right to Acquire cases through to completion, ensuring statutory timescales are met
  • Oversee lease extension applications from enquiry to completion
  • Grant approvals for home improvements and other works, ensuring risk is minimised
  • Produce and coordinate leasehold management packs within agreed timescales
  • Handle joint‑to‑sole tenancy approvals, affordability assessments and flexible tenure cases

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer database/CRM systems
  • Good knowledge of leasehold property and property management
  • Understanding of Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, lease extensions and sub‑letting
  • Solution‑focused with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Can work independently, deliver at pace and stay calm under pressure
  • Customer‑focused, professional and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders

Benefits

  • Competitive salaries and generous leave
  • Numerous personal and professional development opportunities
  • Hybrid working with flexible home‑office options
