Salary: £32,936 to £41,170 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus Essential Car User Allowance of £2,329 and London Allowance of £2,739 per annum.
We support agile working and provide laptops, tablets, and phones for on‑site and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular estate inspections and monitor cleaning and gardening contracts
- Manage tenancy and leasehold queries in line with service standards
- Ensure managing agents deliver value‑for‑money services
- Take prompt enforcement action on anti‑social behaviour and tenancy breaches
- Support new tenants and shared owners through sign‑ups and onboarding
- Handle complaints and ensure compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Code
- Fulfil safeguarding obligations, signpost vulnerable residents to key agencies, and provide appropriate support in our capacity as landlord
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management
- Experience in handling anti‑social behaviour and community engagement
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to manage a complex caseload while meeting deadlines
- Relevant housing qualification (or willingness to work toward one)
- A full UK driving licence and access to transport
Salary and benefits
- Salary: £32,936 to £41,170 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Allowances: Essential Car User Allowance £2,329, London Allowance £2,739
